Thoughts on running the monthly meetup

Before the meetup

• Prepare an intro in advance with a little bit about the topic
• Check the agenda for topics

On the hour, before the recording

1. Check someone is ready to make the video late
2. Use the first minutes to introduce OSArch briefly, from the website front page going through our aims and links
3. Ask for someone to take notes for a follow up post

Time to start

1. Ask the guest if they have an image they want to start the video with
2. Put the guests image on the screen
3. Request the video starts
