- Prepare an intro in advance with a little bit about the topic
- Check the agenda for topics
On the hour, before the recording
- Check someone is ready to make the video late
- Use the first minutes to introduce OSArch briefly, from the website front page going through our aims and links
- Ask for someone to take notes for a follow up post

- Ask the guest if they have an image they want to start the video with
- Put the guests image on the screen
