COBie definition of a maintainable asset

The COBie specification defines a list of maintainable types and objects. However, an understanding of this definition usually also requires an understanding of the IFC classes defined in the specification. For convenience, a table is provided here which is generated from the COBie specification to define maintainable assets in as non-technical terms as possible.
